Pineapple & Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Banana* Frozen
- 1 cup Pineapple Fresh, frozen, or canned
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Milk of choice
- 3/4 tsp Freshly grated ginger or 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- Mix in blender until smooth
Notes
*Substitute additional banana or canned peaches if experiencing mouth sores.
