Spiced Carrot Cake Globes

These healthy snacks are quick and easy to prepare!

Servings: 25 bites


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins, chopped
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed, ground
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup


  • In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, carrots, almonds, raisins, flaxseed, and spices.  Mix well, add the almond butter and maple syrup and stir until evenly combined.  Place in refrigerator for at least one hour.  Shape into one-inch bites.  Store in freezer.
