Turmeric Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup Baby spinach or Kale
- 1 Orange peeled
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 Frozen banana
- 1/4 cup Canned light coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger peeled and chopped
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp Ground tumeric
- Freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Place the spinach, orange, water, banana, coconut milk, ginger, turmeric, and pepper into the blender and blend until smooth.
