Beginner’s Strength & Stretch

Adapted for beginner’s, this class serves as an introduction to strength training by leading participants through a series of low impact, full body exercises while participants are encouraged to work at their own pace. Modifiable for all levels.
* Please have a chair, wall, and weights or alternatives (e.g. water bottles, soup cans) close by.
* Please only register for one of Tuesday’s Strength & Stretch classes (i.e. ‘all levels’ at 9:30 am or ‘beginners’ at 1:30 pm). If you are unsure which to choose, please request an appointment with an Exercise Therapist at InspireHealth.
