Nutrition Workshop: Normalizing Emotional Eating

We are living in an interesting time where our food intake may look different for a variety of reasons, including our emotional wellbeing. This workshop will explore a unique perspective on emotional eating and how it may be helping to support your body. We will also discuss nutrition and lifestyle strategies for working with and through emotional eating, depending on how this practice is affecting us in the current moment.
