Luk Tung Kuen is a collection of movements originating from tai chi, qi gong, and martial arts. All movements are gentle and low- impact and are intended to promote strength and circulation.
Chair Yoga
Aimed at optimizing accessibility, this class aims to accommodate all participants by removing the physical challenges of getting up and down from the floor.
