- Okonomiyaki Japanese pancakes
- Three-ingredient banana blender pancakes: 2 eggs, 1 banana, 1/3 cup rolled oats
- High protein cottage cheese pancakes: ½ cup cottage cheese, ½ cup rolled oats, 3 eggs
