Cooking Class — Sprouting 101

*Please note: This is a hybrid workshop that will be offered virtually and in-person at our Vancouver centre. Please only register for the version you plan on attending. 

Have you ever wondered about growing sprouts at home?  In this workshop, you will learn about the equipment you need and the steps required to grow your own sprouts with an emphasis on hygiene precautions to minimize risk of contamination.  Ideas on how to use sprouts will be covered including preparation of a dish that uses bean sprouts.
