Fermented foods are not only delicious but also offer a range of health benefits, including improved digestion and enhanced nutrient absorption. In this cooking demonstration class, we will explore how to make fermented vegetables, create a delicious meal with natto (fermented soybean) and make your own Kimchi at home.
