Laura Kalina, Registered Dietitian, will prepare a vibrant Quinoa & Black Bean Salad from Low GI Meals in Minutes Cookbook and indulgent High-Protein Quinoa Brownies — proving quinoa works beautifully in both savoury and sweet dishes while delivering comfort and nutrition in every bite.
This session is open to individuals with a cancer diagnosis and their support network.
