Creating Through Cancer

Research has shown that creative practices can support our well-being. In this workshop, we will explore how creativity can revive and inspire us. This creative session will include opportunities to engage in guided creative exercises and share reflections with other participants. This is an experiential workshop where participants are encouraged to create and get curious about their journey. Absolutely no art experience required — the process is the destination!
* Please have paper, a glue stick, and coloured drawing materials (e.g. coloured pencils, markers, crayons, pastels, etc.) ready.
