Creating Through Cancer

Research shows that creative practices support our well-being. In these monthly workshops, we will explore how creativity can acknowledge, revive, and inspire us. These creative drop-in sessions will include opportunities to engage in guided creative exercises and share reflections with other attendees. This is an experiential workshop, and folks are encouraged to come prepared to create and get curious about their process. Absolutely no art experience required; the journey is the destination!
* Please have several pieces of paper and coloured drawing materials (crayons, pastels, or coloured pencils).
