Gentle Yoga – Level 2

Building from our gentle yoga level 1, this class explores progressive seated, standing, and balance yoga poses with the option to explore more advanced poses. Each class includes a variety of modifications for most abilities and finishes with restorative relaxation time.
Prior participation in gentle yoga 1 is recommended.
