In-Person: Cooking Demo – Calcium Rich Summer Treats (Vancouver)

Create refreshing, calcium-rich summer treats that are both nutritious and easy to prepare at home. In this class, you’ll learn how to make a light and flavorful bingsu in different flavors, along with simple frozen yogurt fruit kabobs using just a few ingredients. The session will highlight practical ways to boost calcium intake through everyday snacks and desserts.

This session is open to individuals with a cancer diagnosis and their support network.
