Research shows that creative practices support our well-being. Join InspireHealth art therapist and clinical counsellor, Fiona Thatcher, and experience an in-person Creative Arts workshop at the Vancouver centre of InspireHealth. Come and enjoy the fun of creating alongside others and getting curious about your process.
Absolutely no art experience required, the journey is the destination! Open to all patients and support person. Supplies provided.
