In-Person: Functional Movement – July Series, Fridays (Vancouver)

Learn proper techniques for everyday movements like pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, and lunging to support and protect your joints and help prevent injury. This small-group exercise class is designed for all fitness levels.

Functional Movement is a monthly series. When you register, you’re signing up for all four Friday classes in the month. We kindly ask that you attend all sessions in the month you register for.

***PLEASE NOTE:  There will be no class on July 31.***

Class size is limited to 10 participants each month. If this month’s series is currently full, you’re welcome to join the waitlist and we’ll be in touch if space opens up or for a future session.

To make room for new participants, priority will be given to those who haven’t taken the class before. If you’ve attended already and would like to join again, please add your name to the waitlist.

* An exercise consultation is required prior to attending any movement-based group programming.  If you haven’t already completed the exercise assessment, once you register for Functional Movement we will be in-touch with you shortly, or you can e-mail us at [email protected] or call at 1-888-734-7125 to book an appointment.
