Have you always wondered what mindfulness is exactly? Are you thinking about introducing a mindfulness practice into your life? Are you looking to deepen your existing practice? This is the workshop for you!

During this time together we will:
- Explore what mindfulness is and is not
- Discuss who can benefit from a mindfulness practice, and the evidence behind Mindfulness-Based Programs
- Experience short, guided mindfulness practices and inquire into our experiences
- Consider what a mindfulness practice might look like for you, and the next best steps
- Answer questions you may have about mindfulness and meditation
