
In-Person: Nutrition Workshop — Mindful Eating (Victoria & Vancouver)

Trying to stay in the moment and slowing down can be supportive in many aspects of our lives. Join us to explore the benefits of mindful eating, the process of being present while eating and enjoying our food. We will look at practical tips for starting to include these practices in our lives such as noticing hunger and fullness cues and noticing sensory aspects of mealtimes.
Registration closes at 3:00 pm PT the business day prior to the class date.
Please note: This is a hybrid workshop available in multiple formats. It will be offered in person at our Victoria InspireHealth Centre, screened virtually at our Vancouver InspireHealth Centre, and accessible online for all virtual attendees. Please register for the format you plan to attend.
