Inspired Conversations: Building Resilience

In this creative workshop we explore resilience in its many forms through the grounding symbolism of the tree. We will define and understand what resilience is, what supports it, and through guided visualization create a unique “tree of life” drawing. Come plant roots and begin to cultivate resilient well-being.
* Please have paper and coloured drawing materials (e.g. coloured pencils, markers, crayons, pastels, etc.) ready.
