Inspired Conversations: Self-Compassion (Part 2)

Most of us are too hard on ourselves. Research has shown that self-compassion can increase happiness, improve relationships, and decrease anxiety, depression and shame. In this workshop, we will explore the practice of treating ourselves as we would a good friend. Join us and learn about the foundations of self-compassion, and how it can help us navigate the difficulties of life with more kindness and less judgement.
