Aimed at optimizing accessibility, this class aims to accommodate all participants by removing the physical challenges of getting up and down from the floor.
Together we will explore passion: what it is (and what it isn’t), how to connect with the ‘spark’ inside all of us and how to express ourselves more fully and authentically.
