Monday Morning Mindfulness Meditation
Increase connection through breath and mindfulness. This guided meditation class begins with intention setting, followed by a body scan, breathwork, and thought observation practice. Registration is now closed.

Progress the body and mind to a place of relaxation, rest, and gentle opening.
