This workshop will explore how to manage and support some of the potential side effects of treatment including changes in taste/smell, low appetite, fatigue, and weight changes.
Creating Through Cancer
This creative session will include opportunities to engage in guided creative exercises and share reflections with other participants.
Beginner’s Strength & Stretch
Adapted for beginner’s, this class serves as an introduction to strength training by leading participants through a series of low impact, full body exercises.
Gratitude Meditation
Designed to promote wellness through gratitude, this class provides participants an opportunity to breathe together and take a moment of pause to be thankful.
Qigong for Sleep & Relaxation
Prepare the body for rest and sleep through gentle movement and relaxation.
