Luk Tung Kuen is a collection of movements originating from tai chi, qi gong, and martial arts. All movements are gentle and low- impact and are intended to promote strength and circulation.
Cooking Demo – Quick and Nutritious Meals
Using convenient staples like canned fish, frozen vegetables, pre-cooked grains, and rotisserie chicken, we’ll explore flexible, no-recipe meals that take the stress out of cooking.
Beginner’s Strength & Stretch
Adapted for beginner’s, this class serves as an introduction to strength training by leading participants through a series of low impact, full body exercises.
Gratitude Meditation
Designed to promote wellness through gratitude, this class provides participants an opportunity to breathe together and take a moment of pause to be thankful.
Qigong for Sleep & Relaxation
Prepare the body for rest and sleep through gentle movement and relaxation.
