3-Ingredient Dairy-Free Chocolate Pudding

Craving a rich, creamy treat? With just a few wholesome ingredients, you can whip up a delicious dessert that’s sure to satisfy your sweet tooth with minimal effort.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados refrigerated (about 14 oz of whole avocados)
  • 1/2 cup packed pitted Medjool dates
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Add the dates and 1 cup of water to a mason jar with a lid and refrigerate for 24 hours.
  • Strain the dates from the water but RESERVE the date water to use in the recipe.
  • Add the dates to the food processor, fitted with the S blade.
  • Cut open the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop out the filling. Add the avocado and the cocoa powder to the food processor and puree until completely smooth, about 3 minutes.
  • Lastly, add the date water, and 1/8 teaspoon sea salt. Puree.
  • Enjoy right away or refrigerate for later.
