3-Ingredient Dairy-Free Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados refrigerated (about 14 oz of whole avocados)
- 1/2 cup packed pitted Medjool dates
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- Add the dates and 1 cup of water to a mason jar with a lid and refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Strain the dates from the water but RESERVE the date water to use in the recipe.
- Add the dates to the food processor, fitted with the S blade.
- Cut open the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop out the filling. Add the avocado and the cocoa powder to the food processor and puree until completely smooth, about 3 minutes.
- Lastly, add the date water, and 1/8 teaspoon sea salt. Puree.
- Enjoy right away or refrigerate for later.
