Almond Ginger Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup Ground Almonds (almond flour)
- 1 cup Ground Oats(oat flour)
- 4 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Fresh Ginger grated
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/2 cup Pasteurized Egg Whites or 4 large egg whites
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix the ground almonds, oat flour, ground cinnamon and ground ginger in a bowl and set aside.
- Whisk the egg whites, maple syrup, fresh ginger and sea salt in another bowl.
- Slowly add the dry ingredient into the wet and mix until combined.
- Roll out about 1 tablespoon scoops onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Gently flatten each to a ¼ inch thickness.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
