Blueberry Mango Smoothie
Servings: 2 glasses
Ingredients
- 1 whole mango
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 pear
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2-1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp flax or fish oil
- 1 tbsp greens powder
- powdered probiotic or powdered vitamin C
Instructions
- Blend the first five ingredients until smooth; then with blender on very low add the final three ingredients.
