
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup not-from-concentrate orange juice
- a squeeze of lime approx. 1/6 lime
- 1/16 tsp salt
- a pinch of turmeric.
Notes
This drink has 140mg of sodium, 130mg of potassium plus 7mg each calcium and magnesium. If you feel you need a lot of extra potassium, you could sub the water for coconut water, which will add 400mg of potassium.
