Designed to promote wellness through gratitude, this class provides participants an opportunity to breathe together and take a moment of pause to be thankful.
Adapted for beginner’s, this class serves as an introduction to strength training by leading participants through a series of low impact, full body exercises.
This creative session will include opportunities to engage in guided creative exercises and share reflections with other participants.
In this class, we’ll experiment with using bananas, dates, and other alternative sweeteners in recipes to add fibre and minerals.
