Cooking Class: Fermented Foods

In this class, we’ll explore how to prepare fermented foods at home using simple recipes. Fermented foods can add loads of flavour to your diet, while supporting digestion and providing a great source of probiotics – homegrown in your kitchen! (Please note: fermented foods that contain live bacteria may not be appropriate for some individuals undergoing cancer treatment, especially if their medical team has suggested extra caution with these types of foods or a neutropenic diet.)
