Cooking Class: Warming Fall Veggie Dishes & Salads

In this class, we’ll focus on using the bounty of fall to create colourful and nutrient-dense vegetable dishes with both cooked and raw ingredients. We’ll use different techniques to soften tougher vegetables, bringing out their flavour and providing warming options to complement this season.
