Creating Through Cancer

In these monthly workshops, we will explore how creativity can revive and inspire us. These creative sessions will include opportunities to engage in guided creative exercises and share reflections with other attendees. This is an experiential workshop, and participants are encouraged to come prepared to create and get curious about their process. Absolutely no art experience required; the journey is the destination!
* Please have several pieces of paper and coloured drawing materials (crayons, pastels, or coloured pencils).
** Designed for those diagnosed with cancer and supporters too.
*** We recommend you participate in this class in a private/quiet room and/or use headphones, when possible, to keep the conversation for your ears only.
