Elevate the heart rate and get your body moving! This class focuses on aerobic movements while incorporating strength exercises to provide a full body conditioning workout. Modifiable for all levels.
* Please have a chair, wall, and weights or alternatives (e.g. water bottles, soup cans) close by.
