In-Person: Cooking Demo – Warm Salads & Hearty Soups (Vancouver)

Join us for a cozy cooking demo that celebrates the comfort of warm salads and nourishing soups. We will do some variations from the original recipes and hopefully satisfy different taste buds this winter.
- Winter Vegetable Salad with Butternut Squash, Brussels Sprouts, and Beets
- Warm Mushroom Salad with Sesame Dressing
- Corn Chowder Recipe
This session is open to individuals with a cancer diagnosis and their support network.
Registration closes at 3:00 pm PT the business day prior to the class date.
Please note: This is a hybrid workshop that will be offered virtually and in-person at the Vancouver InspireHealth Centre. Please only register for the version you plan on attending.
