Session Theme: Upper Body – Push Movements
Learn proper techniques for everyday movements like pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, and lunging to support and protect your joints as well as prevent injury. This exercise class is designed for all fitness levels.
In-person: Max 10 participants.
Functional Movement class registration opens approximately 2 weeks in advance due to limited capacity.
