Indian-Inspired Dishes

In this class, we will prepare a tasty Indian-inspired menu! This meal will feature tofu and spinach, a cruciferous superstar – cauliflower, a gluten-free quick bread, lots of warming spices, and a delicious drink using dates as a sweetener.
