Inspired Conversations: Relaxation & Visualization

This workshop will explore the benefits, barriers and bliss of practicing relaxation and visualization. We will start by exploring the what, why, and how of practicing intentional rest and relaxation before moving into a guided relaxing calm-place visualization.
