Heather McCullough
Clinical Counsellor
Heather brings over 30 years of counselling, coaching, entrepreneurship, and teaching in the fields of mental health, mind-body medicine, women’s well-being, conscious parenting, and mindful movement (yoga, pilates, dance).
As a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and kinesiology from SFU and a master’s degree in counselling psychology from UBC. She has completed advanced training in the facilitation of mind-body skills groups through the Centre for Mind-Body Medicine, is also a Registered Yoga Teacher, and is a student practitioner of the Compassionate Inquiry therapeutic approach taught by Dr. Gabor Mate, MD.
Heather is passionate about studying and sharing self-awareness, self-care, and inner-care practices that are known to relax the nervous system and restore our connection to spirit.
Heather furthers her own health and wellness through moving to music, spending time with friends, hiking, and when engaging in adventurous experiences with her family such as completing the 675 KM Portuguese Camino in 2021.
